HISTORY & PERSONALITY

Phoebe’s origins and history remain largely unknown. Though she appears to be no more than twenty-five years old, she’s in fact an alien immortal that has lived at least three thousand years. Much of the last two millennia were spent as the host or under the control of the dangerous planetary criminal Caelus. Though she remains much of her sense of justice she gained as a member of the intergalactic police force, she  possesses a joy for life after her long captivity.
